Company has provided very good packaging that will prevent the product from outside dust , water etc. Amazon also delivered the product in good shape without any external damages. Fantastic. A quick note for those who says it does not work ? Right method to use. - Turn on water motor and alarm Switch at the same time. - Once tank it full alarm will turn on. - Turn off alarm switch and water motor. - (Very Important) - if the tank is already full and you turn on alarm switch (it will not turn on alarm) that is how it works. Alarm is superb. Even ur neighbour will know that ur tank is full 😂

Don't buy, it's stop working after 3 months, and have very low quality
