These are wonderful . Been taking 2 months and so far no utis. Only gave 4 stars due to size is hard to swallow. Wish they came smaller gel size.

Smell bad but they work and help with ph

After having a few UTI's last year, I started taking this. I mentioned to my Dr. that it seemed to be helping as I hadn't had any reoccurences. I asked if it would be better to drink cranberry juice and he said "you'd have to drink a keg of that to do you any good. The pills work well."

So far I am very happy. Just hope this is the answer for keeping these darn UTI infections at bay. As far as the complaints about the pill being large and hard to swallow. I take calcium pills that are twice the size. It's just mental. How big was that bite of hamburger you just ate or that big cookie. No complaint there. Take a big gulp of water and chug it and it goes right down. They are actually just medium size shinny capsules and not hard to swallow at all. I also enjoy a tall glass of cranberry juice in ice. in the afternoon with lunch, just like lemonade.
