These are TINY compared to the ones with all them fillers like magnesium stearate, stearic acid, dextrin,silicon dioxide,....They are shorter and skinnier, maybe HALF the size of other brands so they're easy to swallow and I think they might work better without all that unwanted stuff. Plus it makes the bottle about half the size.

This product feels like it helps and it doesn't have any unnecessary ingredients unlike most vitamins.

Quality substitute for more expensive option.

This is all vegan and very easy to swallow. It's a capsule and goes down pretty quickly. It has 5000 IU of vitamin d3 which is the main reason why I brought it but it also has the new benefits of K2 which I'm reading and watching a lot of people talk about on social media and decided to give it a try. It came intact and sealed and all pills are good and it was very easy for me and my son to swallow them. I have an issue with big pills so these are good for people who can't easily swallow pills.

I got this for the benefits vitamin D has specifically with its role with calcium and bone strength. And I like this with MK4(not in this brand) and MK7 (in this brand) so they can hopefully work together and hopefully place the calcium we get from our food or supplements where it needs to go . And perhaps even more important is the assistance it may provide in helping that calcium steer away from places it does not need to go, like the lining of your blood vessels. So also many people (myself included) use Vitamin D3 for immunity support as well. I am surprised that we still do not understand its role with immunity any better than we do currently. Here is one of the main paradoxes. Vitamin D is found in lower levels with people with serious illnesses. Self explanatory right ? Well not so fast. The inflammation with the serious illness depleted (may) the vitamin D (meaning the individual could have had high vitamin D before getting sick). Also some studies indicate Vitamin D does great with less recovery time required ( may) but very little with prevention. So we only take it when we are sick right ? No not necessarily, as fighting the inflammation at the onset is extremely important (may) and that benefit would not be there after the fact (may). I hope you can see we need many more studies before we can get a close to complete understanding. Also make no mistake vitamin D is important, IMO very important with immunity but how specifically and agreed upon is not yet established IMO. But one thing that is extremely important is that our bodies make vitamin D3 so that's a real big indicator it's important IMO. It actually makes it from the rays of the sun which is why it is often called the sunshine vitamin. And even if you wear sunscreen it is under normal situations unlikely to block all the suns rays from performing this function. So the amount one could benefit from supplementing with vitamin D would vary greatly depending on the amount of foods we eat containing it and the amount of sunlight exposure we get. According to the Mayo Clinic the recommended dosage for an adult is 600 to 800 IU. This brand is 5000 IU. The upper limit is thought to be around 4000 IU. So why do I like it at 5000 IU ? Because I take it 4 to 5 days a week and allow 2-3 days off for my body to use up or rid itself of what it does not need. Vitamin D is fat soluble meaning it can build up which is not what we want. Harvard Health Publishing did a great article explaining too much vitamin D can destroy it's benefits and even be harmful for you. It was written in July 2022 so its fairly recent. With this brand (Bestvite) the Cholecalciferol form is being used (which is the sunlight form) and your body does use it better (may) than the other form of vitamin D. IMO 5000 IU of this is plenty enough to do its job but no so much to diminish its potential benefits. And that's why I really like this dosage. There are many brands selling 10,000 IU and more of vitamin D. But unless newer studies indicate the need,, I am steering clear of those higher dosages. The Mk7' roles with calcium signaling and plaque reduction are very new in testing with studies but I really like what I am seeing. Especially when it is used with conjunction with D3. I do wish this bran had MK4 in it as well. This brand states they test this extensively but I do wish they also had it third party tested in the US/UK or Canada. Do notice the dosage is with just 1 cap and I really like that. There is 120 caps in this and that will last about 4 months ( actually longer with my dosage schedule). I had no sides with these and they are easy to take. I don't feel anything when I take these and just trust its doing its deal. So I really like the dosage , really like the MK7 added, and really like it's just 1 cap. I stack this with more mk7 and Mk4 to try and achieve better results. Hope this was helpful.

I needed a good source of vitamin D and I was recommended to get it with vitamin K2 as well. This was a very easy-to-swallow pill and it came intact and good. I use to use gummies but pills are much cheaper and easier since they don’t have a taste to them. I take one a day and my vitamin D level has been in check.

Came sealed. No bad smell or taste like other vitamins. My doc recommended this dose daily of D3. I like that this is only 1 capsule daily. So this is 120 days supply which is nice. K2 upon internet search does have some contraindications such as "People who take warfarin (Coumadin) should not take vitamin K. People who are receiving dialysis for kidney diseases can have harmful effects from too much vitamin K." Just FYI - research your vitamins.

I am taking these because it was recommended by a doctor. Vitamin D3 & K2 are great for the bones. I’m 50 years old and take good care of myself. I work out, eat right and enjoy taking supplements that will enhance my already healthy lifestyle. I think this is a great addition. I like that the pills are small. They’re easy to take and so far I have not experienced anything negative from taking these. I believe I will see benefits in time.
