This is a great duvet for the warmer months. Although lightweight, it keeps you at a comfortable temperature throughout the night. It’s very soft, well-made, and comes at a great price excellent value for money overall. It’s ideal for warm weather and much lighter than what I used before, making it perfect for summer. The only drawback is that I would’ve preferred smaller stitched pockets to keep the filling from shifting too easily. I've only had it for a few weeks, so I can’t comment yet on its long-term durability or washability, but so far, I’m happy with it. I usually struggle to sleep in summer - it’s always too warm for a heavy duvet, but too cold with just a sheet. This Silentnight 1.0 tog Summer Breeze duvet is the perfect in-between solution. The filling feels light and breathable yet still cozy enough to keep me comfortable throughout the night. The softness is lovely, and the stitching quality feels solid, keeping the filling evenly spread even after several washes. It also fits perfectly in a standard duvet cover and has shown good durability so far. For the value for money, this is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal not only for hot summer nights but also for those warmer autumn evenings. I can finally sleep well without overheating - highly recommend it!

I bought this Silentnight 4.5 tog duvet because I tend to overheat at night, while my partner prefers a much warmer, higher tog duvet. This has been an excellent solution. It feels light and breathable, keeps me comfortably cool, and I no longer wake up feeling too warm. The filling sits evenly across the duvet and doesn’t bunch up, and the cover feels smooth and good quality. What I like most is that it works really well alongside my partner’s heavier duvet on the same bed. We each have what we need without compromising on comfort. If you run warm at night or share a bed with someone who prefers a different temperature, this is a practical and effective choice. I haven't tried washing it yet, but I'm sure it'll be fine!

Very nice duvet. I find the whole tog ratings super inaccurate. I don’t think that I am a particularly hot or cold sleeper, just normal, so I expected the tog ratings to apply to me but they totally don’t. We have a 7.5 tog feather duvet for the winter and it’s super warm under it, even when the room gets to 15 degrees with the window slightly open. Yes, we are genuinely warm under it so can’t imagine how anyone sleeps under a 12 tog duvet. We tried it once and thought we will fry under that heat. Therefore, as soon as spring arrived and room temperature at night became around 19 degrees, our 7.5 duvet became unbearable. We switched to this light one, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect! I really don’t understand it, as I said, we are not particularly hot sleepers, we like being warm. But this light duvet is absolutely perfect for 19-20 degrees! I can’t imagine how anyone copes under a warmer duvet in these temperatures. That’s all just to say that you might want to consider a lighter duvet than you think. This is not just for summer. We actually use this duvet from March - October. It’s perfect.
