The taste is absolutely not great. It's not the worst flavored supplement I've ever tasted, but it is not good. A lot of people I've seen are concerned with the daily value of each vitamin this supplement has, but I think people fail to realize how much strain truly intense exercise puts on your body and your immune system. So if you aren't depleting those levels, they'll of course stay high. This supplement isn't for the casual gym goer. I started this a couple weeks ago and my energy levels have skyrocketed. Consistent, calm energy. Helps to replenish vitamin B&D post workout and has also helped with joint health. Recovery window has shrunk. It mixes well if you mix it well and honestly, a drop of lemon or lime juice helps to balance out the "vitamin" taste. I find a lot of value in this supplement as an experienced, high intensity lifter.

It has only been a few days but wow the changes we both feel. We take one scoop in water when we get up. Within 30 min we both can feel energy and focus. It has helped him push through a cold that had been lingering and me to cut way back on coffee or caffinated products to work. It is a strong taste but pleasant.

BEWARE!BEWARE!BEWARE! This stuff may be killing you. I get regular bloodwork at my doctor every 5 months and after taking this supplement daily for a month, I was due for my bloodwork again which is always fine, but not this time, my doctor noticed dangerously high levels of calcium in my blood which is very bad, bad for your heart, brain and damages your bones, my doctor asked me if I started drinking a lot of milk lately or if I was doing anything different and I couldn’t think of anything at the moment, she sent me to an endocrinologist immediately to find the cause, then it dawned on me I’d started taking this supplement daily, sometimes twice as the directions recommended. When I saw the endocrinologist I showed him this product and he said stop taking it immediately because it has way too much vitamin d in it and too much vitamin d raises calcium levels in the blood. One serving is 500% of your daily allowance and it says take two times a day. I was getting 1000% of vitamin d daily which is 8000 iu. I stopped taking it for thirty days and had my blood rechecked and my blood is normal again, luckily my doctor was smart and caught this. I urge anyone taking this to have bloodwork done and pay special attention to the calcium levels in your blood

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have done the pills, I am usually pretty good about swallowing big pills, but these are so many. I just couldn’t do it . The powder tastes great. I’m super happy.

Great product, I've not been sick sense I've taken it, but the taste is horrible. It's chalky and isn't even remotely like orange. The cherry bomb is the best flavor but they need to find a way to make their drinks more palpable.
