Easy to use, little greasy

I have purchased this item for years and love it. Chapped lips? Apply balm for one day and presto .... dry skin is gone! Tube lasts a long time too.

The packaging looked off, and the product itself appeared like it had already been used — the seal was missing, and the surface wasn’t smooth like you’d expect from a new product

Not moisturizing. It just sits on top of the skin. It does give a pretty glow and it absorbs well.

What I really like about this balm is that you can just put it in your pant pockets to carry around so that you can reapply as needed. I love how soft and silky it leaves my face.

This balm seems to be thick and creamy. I normally can't have anything too thick on my face or my skin rejects it. This balm I put on at night and slept with on. I woke up and washed my face as normal my skin felt great! As far as wrinkle reducer, I'm not sure yet... It's too soon. However, if it does mess with my skin or I'm really unhappy with the balm. I'll update my review. Until then I'm super excited!!
