Value ratio not there
Waste of money. $18 plus shipping for FIVE POTATOES.These were supposed to be potato sets for planting.I’ve been gardening for years and I know what potato sets look like. These are not it.Not even the right breed of potato. No eyes, no sprouts, nothing.Could’ve bought a 10lb bag of Yellow Golds at Costco for $6 and sprouted those instead.

Growing
Update. Grew them in waist high planters to keep the critters out. Planted them in April in Connecticut and harvesting in late June, early July. Yielded about 15 pounds of heathly looking potatoes with another 10 or so to go. I was able to cut each into 2 to 3 pieces and plant in several raised planters. All are coming up and very healthy.

One rotting will see how it goes
Not sure about the condition on these. One of the potatoes had started to rot when I opened up the package. We will see how these grow and then write an update

Excellent.
I was worried when I got these because the seed potatoes were gold, not red. This is my first time growing potatoes in a planter. They are beginning to get ready. Definitely Pontiac Reds. Delicious.

Perfect taters
I’ve ordered and received seed potatoes from other companies and these are the best. They have a good number of eyes and just barely started. They eyes are sprouting well in my window and I will be able to plant them soon.
