I've never written a review on Amazon though I've been shopping on here for a while. This pillow has actually changed my life. I am 48 years old and have really been EXHAUSTED daily so I thought I should invest in special bedding for my California King bed. I got a 3 inch mattress topper, yet very cozy, my sleep stats on my fitbit Versa 3 were still showing no change in my sleep. My sleep animal has been a dolphin for over a year now. If you don't know what that means it means POOR quality of sleep. I've talked to my doctor for quite some time about my lack of sleep. I am not one to take a bunch of medication so I've tried literally everything. I have had covid once and I do feel that since then my sleep has changed for the worse. So I've tried nasal strips to increase oxygen flow and though they helped for a while there was still no significant change in my sleep.So moving forward and many dollars later I somehow overheard people talking about this "special pillow". I sought it out and did my research and found this pillow. I ordered it with very little hope. However here I am 2 weeks later writing this review because since I purchased this pillow my sleep has increased SIGNIFICANTLY! I am EASILY falling asleep and into a deep sleep (which I was rarely getting before). I now wake up feeling GREAT! I have recommended this pillow to my family and friends and anyone who has trouble sleeping! It has literally been a life changer for me! I recommend this pillow for anyone who is having trouble sleeping! My husband has even noticed my increased mood and says I am such a happier person, which consistently good night's sleep has attributed to this! I have these big beautiful expensive pillows but I toss them all off of the bed at night and use this little ergonomic pillow! Happily! I am so thankful I stumbled across this and ordered it and highly recommend this to anyone who is debating on purchasing this pillow. You won't regret it 😊

I am so glad I found this pillow! A few years back I identified what I really needed in a pillow: more neck support, cradle my head so it doesn’t fall all the way sideways, support that is strong but soft enough that it doesn’t make my ears sore. Flash forward to a few weeks ago. I see this pillow and realize it looks just like what I needed. And it is!!!! AND, it’s not $100!I also suggest taking advantage of their offer for extra memory foam inserts. They send those for free and I love it even more with 1 extra piece.With that said, there is one thing I wish were different I wish it was wider at the base. The nook for my arm would be better with about another inch or two on each side.

I wrote a review that was nothing but positive and I didn’t use any bad words, but it was removed for some reason I have no idea.OK, this is a great pillow. It’s stabilizes and support my neck bones, and keeps my head in one place. It does certainly contribute to a good night of stable sleep for me. Now full disclosure, I don’t really get a cooling sensation from it or nor does it reduce the temperature for me however, I spoke to customer service about it who were super cool that meant a lot to me. I can see how some people would think the adjustability would be needed however, for me, I don’t need adjustability. It’s perfect the way it is. If I do need it, then I know I can unzip it and check it out. They suggested I try another type of pillowcase and I did, I put 100% bamboo viscose pillowcase on it and it has transformed my comfort because I am usually in a ton of pain when I get up and it’s not a magic pill mind you, it will not remove my neck pain and heal my shoulder, but it has really made a difference very quickly and I am thrilled. I mean when I first saw this pillow, I thought it was weird but I asked some questions and I just researched and thanks to you. All who provided answers for me I appreciate it and thank you to customer service for being so kind.Cheers

I think this pillow is great for side-sleepers as well as back-sleepers (assuming you follow the instructions and wash the pillowcase, as it does carry a factory smell to it) but it isn't the best for stomach sleepers, in my opinion-- I feel like I have to jut my chin out into the dip, or crank my neck at an angle to prop it up on the sloping edge. I don't regret buying one for myself and my boyfriend-- at the very least, they're a great prop to throw another pillow on top of and lean backwards against while we read to go to sleep together at night.When sleeping on my side, my shoulder fits perfectly under the pillows contours. I never sleep on my back, but my boyfriend does, and he snores less when he sleeps with this pillow (probably because it's supporting his neck and head more than a traditional pillow would).

I bought two for my fiance and I off of TikTok shop, he loves it but it has ruined my upper back and neck. I was waking up in pain every morning and couldn’t find comfort with any pillow. I finally caved and ordered this one on a late night Amazon spree…it is wonderful. It’s a much better quality pillow than any others I’ve seen online. It is cooling, only slightly but noticeably. It sits higher and a deeper middle than the first one I bought, and I think that’s why it works better for me! I would definitely recommend and I’m contemplating ordering another one 😆

I've had "tech neck" for many years and I cracked my neck constantly. I tried to be good about using a cervical neck pillowbut just couldn't be consistent. Then recently my shoulders were numb when I woke up and my scapula area was so tight - I'm a side sleeper. One morning I was in so much pain I had lost most of my range of motion.Then I was served an ad for this pillow and I said, "why not?" The first two nights were an adjustment and my neck was a little stiff in the morning, but I could tell my body was realigning. By the third night my neck, shoulder and back was gone. About 2 weeks in I noticed I wasn't cracking my neck any more. And now, about 1+ months later my tech neck has significantly decreased. 🙌
