Best baby carrier I’ve had! Comfy for both myself and baby (I assume cause she always fell asleep) felt really secure on and easy to use.

Previously bought faulty but was replaced by the seller
Update: The seller contacted me and apologised for the faulty item and sent a replacement along with a full refund. I am yet to use the carrier as previously stated I didn't think it supported newborns heads very well but will try again when he's a bit older. Previous feedback: Second time use the carrier broke, the strap snapped...luckily I had hold of the baby. Very disappointed and I did a lot of research and the carrier was rated highly, bought a while ago so past the return window and no way of contacting the manufacturer or seller other that feedback. Poorly made product for it to break so easily, it's also quite big to carry a newborn, I didn't feel like it was supporting him that well...before it broke.

Better than sling
Needed to replace my baby sling as my baby didn't like it. This is much better and my baby prefers it and feels more secure. But it can take a few minutes to figure out what goes where and it's very snug. I felt a bit panicky getting baby in as it's tight. However, I will continue to use it.

Easy to use!
I was looking for a carrier that I was able to use on my own as our previous carrier was definitely a two person job. This is comfortable and easy to use. It says it can be used for breastfeeding...maybe because I'm new to that I find it a little challenging but it CAN be done
