All natural and works as it should

I take one pill every day. These have helped my nails to be much stronger. I nailed used to split. It was painful, but this has helped improve that. They are average sized pills. They do not have a bad taste and are easy to swallow. They are expensive, but I only take a half dose so they are worth the price.

Vegan Collagen gave me a terrible headache and stomach upset I stopped taking it and my headache stopped. What a waste of money too, no returns. Read the rest of the negative comments before buying.
