Excellent immunity support
I like taking supplements such as zinc, D3, C etc to support my immunity and this supplement looks a great source of vitamin C to support immunity through its mix of different berries. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 3 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immunity health.
