Sunshine 79 Women's Standard High Waist Pant Bikini Swimsuit Bottom

I have the Sunshine 79 "Black/Zodiac" one piece and love that suit so much that I decided to order these and a couple of other pieces from the brand.I chose the "Pink Ice/Groovy Swirl" color and it's so unique. The pink ice color is a lovely cool-toned pink and the swirl pattern adds texture and visual interest.I really like the cut of these bottoms. They are true high rise and the high cut leg openings make my legs look a mile long. So flattering!For reference, I am 5'5" tall 110 lbs 30D with a straight body shape and long limbs with a short torso. I typically wear a size 0 or XXS-XS. I ordered these bottoms in the smallest size offered, a 2. They fit me well, although I do hope they don't stretch out over time. I was a bit worried that they might be too big because the Zodiac one piece I have from the brand (also ordered in a 2) is a bit too big for me. I do wish that Sunshine 79 offered a 0 in their suits to offer more options.

This is priced like a designer bottom and personally I had never heard of Sunshine 79 before. My expectations were pretty high considering the price and the pictures, and the bottom absolutely met those expectations! It is designer quality for sure. Feels expensive, fits absolutely beautifully, and the cut is beyond flattering. I am 3 months post partum and, as you can imagine, not feeling my most confident. These will definitely get me out to the pool and beach with a little boost knowing I’m wearing something so nice.As far as sizing: I am 5’7 & 130 lbs, built thicker on the bottom but with a small waist. I was a little thrown by the number sizing which is always tricky- I’m a 0 at gap, a 4 or 6 at H&M, a 00 in wild fable. I went with size 2, but I expected it to fit a little tight. It actually fit perfectly! I would say these run true to size overall.Long story short- stop looking! You found them! Treat yourself to these this summer.

These swim bottoms have a really nice cut. I'm tall and I have a very long torso and these hit at just the right spot for me. They are higher waisted and hit me a few inches below the belly button. The legs and booty are not cut in too high. I get good coverage without them looking like granny panties, they look stylish. I like that they are double lined, they're not see through. The front seams are folded and smooth. The back seams are regular and I was a bit annoyed with the sloppy finish in one spot (pictured). I also noticed that where the waistband was sewn onto the bottoms separately, the material was not lined up perfectly so the stripes look crooked there. It's not too noticeable from a distance if you're not paying attention to it, but I wouldn't expect to see this on high-end swimwear. For fit, I think they run a bit tight. I wear a large or 10 in pants but I ordered a 12 in these as I do in most swim bottoms because I like a little more room and swimwear tends to run tighter. The 12's fit but I don't have any extra room like I usually do. I like these bottoms, but I would expect better sewing for the price. They seem a bit sloppily done.

Got size 4, then 2 and still a little big

I ordered this Sunshine 79 black high waisted bikini swimsuit bottom for our older daughter who recently bought her first home with her fiancee. The home has a really nice in-ground swimming pool and hot tub so I thought a swim suit would be a really fun gift. They're also going on their honeymoon and I wanted her to have some choices for bathing suits. Witha neutral black bottom and a couple of print bikini tops, she'll have plenty of choices.Our daughter ABSOLUTELY LOVES this high-waisted bikini bottom. She loves the cut off this suit.For reference, our daughter is 5'7 and weighs 130 pounds. Her waist measures 27 inches and her hips 36 inches. This size medium fits her perfectly.This is a great suit bottom for anyone who loves two pieces!Highly Recommended!

I should’ve went with a size 4, instead of a size 6. Typically wear size 2-4 jeans. But I gained some weight in 2021 lol so The top I ordered as a 4, but the band felt tight. this size 6 still fit me perfectly but I can tell it was just a tad too big with how high it went.Very stretchy feel without highlighting your lower belly mush. Not see through. Provides perfect coverage for your cheeks.For me, I don’t have a booty so I think this type of bottom might have made me look flatter than normal. I still rocked it out in public.Beautiful, absolutely beautiful, quality bikini. I received many compliments on it.
