Fody Foods Chicken Soup Base & Seasoning, 10.6 Oz, Ready to Use, Garlic and Onion Free, Low FODMAP Certified, Gut & IBS Friendly, Non-GMO, Gluten Free

So first off I should probably say I do not buy Fody for the usual reason that most people do- I do have IBS as well, but my main issue is that garlic and onion give me migraines. A lot of other foods give me migraines too, so this is one of the few Fody products I can actually enjoy. This stuff is amazing, it tastes and smells so good. It is very similar to a vegetable flavored instant ramen seasoning. It does have a lot of sodium in it, but for somebody like me with POTS, that's just a plus. I use it for so many different things- soup of course (that's pumpkin soup that I used it for there in the photo), which I literally could not make without it as it is the ONLY garlic and onion-free soup I have found in all of existence, ramen seasoning (I use Simply Asia's plain unseasoned ramen noodles and then season them with Fody), rice seasoning/risotto seasoning (the taste reminds me of Rice-A-Roni), even as a seasoning for my own vegetarian tofu lunch meat slices. The shaker lid makes it extremely easy to use, I'm very happy they added it because it didn't always have one. I am very thankful to Fody for making this product and that it's an affordable price- although I do wish I was able to use more of their other products. If anyone from Fody is reading this, please consider making more products that don't contain any alliums at all, any citrus, or anything spicy (including horseradish). Migraine sufferers like me would very much appreciate it 🙏

All my onions and garlic sensitive people. This is the soup base for you and me. Ease to use and easy directions to follow. Not spicy at all so you will have to add your spice level it you prefer hot hot. The quality of this brand is amazing. Was it worth the price?? For me no because the expiration date was too short when I received my product (it was like in 3-4 months) since i dont make soups that often. However if you are a regular soup maker this product is your even if your expiration date is not that long

Excellent taste...I think it is a good replacement for chicken broth which normally has onions in it. I am very happy I found something I can safely eat.

I think this is quite good. I’m not a cook, but I use it on the rare occasions when I make soups and I found it to be quite tasty. The only reason I didn’t give a five stars is because obviously if you make it with real chicken it’s going to be better, but I think this hits the mark.

If you’re on a restricted diet, you definitely want this product. You can use it in soups and all sorts of things. Has a great flavor.

Strong celery flavor. I ordered vegetable but all I taste is celery. I used my brown rice ramen noodles. It was complete before I tasted it; no flavor except celery. So, I added some Massel vegetable soup base for more flavor, then it was good.

I am definitely going to keep buying this product. This is a delicious soup base that doesn't upset my tummy, as I cannot digest the fibre in onions and garlic. This make a lovely broth, and the onions and garlic are not really missed. Great product. Worth the money, but it is pricier than soup bases you get in the stores.

I paired this with the chicken one to create these yummy ramen noodles. It was delicious. I have ulcerative colitis and celiac disease so I struggle to find sauces and things I can easily digest with my noodles....Fody foods did not disappoint

Great if you’re on LOW FODMAP !

I've been on low fodmap for a few months now and am starting to transition off of it. This stock was great to use as every type of stock in the store contains onion and garlic. It is a little salty but I really enjoyed the taste.
