This book stand is well made, a good size, has solid metal fixtures, adjusts just by pulling (with some force) rather than with tools, rotates and adjusts in every way you might want, and has arms to hold the book or pages solidly and without breaking. The bed is plastic laminate, which is fine. The main thing I wanted is a well functioning item, which this is, with the key operative parts made of metal and well designed and affording lots of options. Overall a very good book stand.

Bought this for my older sister as a Christmas gift. The box it was delivered in showed what it was (my fault) and so she opened it early. She was taken away by the quality. She says that it has really good weight to it and that it extends up surprisingly high. When you rotate it, it has a clicking sound that she found very pleasant. It is well worth the price and she plans to use it for cookbooks, general reading, using it as an iPad stand, since apparently other stands aren't as sturdy as she'd like. So it's sturdy, adjustable, and of good quality and visually appealing.

I love the rock solid hardware on this stand for positioning height and tilt. It also has steely strong holders that grip the pages. It has a wonderful front ledge that some brands don't have. I love the fact that it turns a full 360° on its base. I love the fact that when it's folded as flat as possible it's thin enough to tuck onto a bookshelf and hardly take any space. Finally, this product is beautiful to look at as you'll see in the pictures. It is a joy to see it sitting on my table. It cost just a few dollars more than the ugly one I got rid of that had no ledge, no rotation and useless arms with no grip. The other one felt cheap and plasticky. This one is a beautiful, solidly built machine that I'm glad I bought.

The quality of this thing is so insanely good I cannot help myself but write a review about it. It’s solid with good weight and just has this really slick pro feel about it. And you can adjust the tension of how tight the joints are as well as the swivel, with a provided Alan wrench. It looks great and it is great. I bought this to hold sheet music so that I didn’t need to use a music stand in my small room. I can just sit this on a desk and put my music on it. Works great. I’m actually ordering another model from this company now for use with a drawing tablet, as the little arms to hold the pages are great for book pages but get in the way for other things in my opinion.

This is very nice. Easy to use. It is a little stiff trying to raise it, but I suspect with repeated use it will loosen up. It does swivel and holds pages in place and is pretty sturdy. It is a little large for the area that I am using it in.

Ha llegado en veinticuatro horas, súper bien embalado, manual de instrucciones y una llave Allen, por si se aflojan los cuatro tornillos que tiene en la base inferior. Hace diez años que tenía un atril similar, pero que no se elevaba ni se movía 360 grados, por lo que me ocupaba mucho en el escritorio. Al ver que éste modelo tenía una base que se elevaba, decidí comprármelo. Así el atril sólo ocupa el espacio de la base cuadrada permitiendo que pueda tener libros, en seres o fungibles, una taza de té alrededor y debajo del atril. Me he quedado gratamente satisfecha con la calidad del producto. Pensaba que iba a ser un atril pesado (pesa menos que el antiguo), eso sí, ñ material del que está hecho no es madera, es un atril de contrachapado o txapakume. La base es ligera pero robusta. Lo he probado con handbooks y libros tochos y pesados. Es fantástico para cuando estás redactando en el ordenador, puesto que al poder ajustar la altura y el ángulo coma evita que fuerces el cuello. Para leer, también es genial. En lo que a mi caso personal concierne, al estar operada del cuello y solo poder mover un 20%. El área cervical, me ayudó muchísimo que se pueda elevar en altura. Creo que tiene una buena relación precio calidad. Tengo un atril de madera que me costó más dinero, y no es ni la cuarta parte de versátil que éste.

Excellent product. It can be adjusted to different heights, angles for best view of a book or laptop. Strong and sturdy, it holds laptop securely. There is no need to move or turn the book/laptop holder to adjust to the user’s position or view as it swivels 360 degrees turn. Highly recommended. Very reasonable worthy price tag.

Habe dies als Geschenk für unseren Sohn gekauft der Chemie studiert - selbst die dicksten Schmöker können nun so erheblich angenehmer und augenschonender durchgearbeitet werden. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben - würden wir jederzeit wieder kaufen - sehr pfiffig gemachte Verstellmöglichkeit - jedenfalls klare Kaufempfehlung!

Leggio bello da vedere e molto pratico e ben fatto. Possibilità di regolare l'altezza del leggio dal piano ma anche l'inclinazione. Si può ruotare. Indispensabile per accaniti lettori per evitare di farsi venire mal di collo oppure per studenti universitari per assumere una postura più corretta da seduti.

I use it for studying and it has absolutely no problem holding my heavyass law book. With that being said, it is a bit hard when adjusting the angle, but that of course is not a problem at all since I need it to be able to hold heavy books. So I would say go for it! I like the clicking sound when rotating, but some may find it annoying.
