Literally makes you heavy eyed after like 10 min of drinking this. Melatonin usually doesn't affect me. But somehow this works. This tastes great, is cheap, and works well.

I usually buy the Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea with Valerian Root and ordered this type by mistake. It does still work to calm anxious thoughts in the evening and help me fall asleep gently without any groginess. It's a very low dose of melatonin. The flavor is good and the quality of the received product was great.

I usually stay up way too late scrolling and this has actually been helping me wind down for real. The taste is soft and a little earthy, not fake or too sweet, which I appreciate. I noticed I start feeling pretty heavy eyed maybe 20 minutes in and I fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next morning. Solid option if you struggle with the whole turning your brain off at night thing.

It works great. It help me sleep like a baby. Taste was good. Aroma was ok.

I used 2 tea bags in 8 ounce of hot water i let it steep for 15 minutes. I slept all night and I didn't wake up groggy. If you have trouble going to sleep, this product is recommended.

After a month of awful sleep. Both going to sleep and staying asleep, I found out about this tea. I was skeptical, but it worked! I usually drink it an hour after dinner and a little while before I want to sleep. It's a great alternative to sleeping pills, which I try to avoid. It's also an excellent price.
