Solid unit that connects quickly and doesn’t lose connection. High speed is reliable and works with anything I need to connect for getting work done. If it was lost or stolen, I’d definitely buy another one. Quick shipment and arrived early. Plenty of ports, even has two charging ports for phone or other items includes one with quick swap function. It does everything I needed. This is high quality at a reasonable price.

Works pretty well. Easy set up. I had to unplug it once as the USB connected monitor I have was unrecognized by Windows after about a week. After powering it back up the monitor was recognized and no further issues. I take this as a common occurrence as the prior USB hub I had also did this on occasion. It also does NOT get hot as were stated in some past reviews. Overall I am happy with this equipment and it's design is pretty sleek and allows neat USB wire connections.

2-3 USB ports is never enough, so I MUST have a USB hub in my office. And...10 ports? Sold!!I put some velcro on the bottom of the hub to prevent knocking it off of my conference room table and it hasn't moved. I use this multiple times per day, and it works great! A must-have for any tech nerd.

So far not so good. Straight out of the box, the item is well made, yes. It powers on and devices like hard drives connect, yes. But does it run as advertised at USB 3.1 speeds? Hell no. Both my external hard drives connected to the hub right now are only getting a max of 60MBPS which is straight USB 2.0 speeds, where as I'm getting 4 times that when I plug the HDD straight into my computer. Now whether this is because the hub itself doesn't work as advertised, or the cable they send you with it is not the proper cable remains to be seen. I ordered a real USB 3.1 Gen 2 cable to test it out with, so as soon as that comes in, I will test it and see if the speeds go up to where they are supposed to be. If so, then I'll amend my review with a star subtracted for not including a proper cable with it to begin with. But if it stays just as slow, then my 1-star sticks because it's straight false advertising on the capability of this hub.Update: as suspected, there was no change no matter what type or quality of cable I used. Also the support from the seller is abysmal. They contacted me over a month ago, offering a replacement or refund after seeing my review, so I accepted the offer for a refund since I had already gotten a different hub that works properly, and they straight up ghosted me. Not a single response since then other than just trying to kick me around to outside Amazon emails and non existent promises. Obviously this company is one of the many random sellers on Amazon that are just a Chinese tech mill that shell out badly made and inferior products straight out of Shanghai with no actual English understanding support. Best to not waste your money and stay far away from anything from this brand!!
