Purchased this product after reading about some of the benefits. I have not changed anything else in my diet, I eat the same or maybe more and I have noticed my pants and dresses feeling a bit loose. This product has worked for my wife and I and our belts are proof. The most important item to mention is that weight loss done naturally is not a quick fix, you must also eat less and stick to it. This product helps with that issue. We humans are great at fooling ourselves, we have all done it, but taken as prescribed and be true and it will make you a happier person. Get busy living and get up off the couch and live a better life.

Finished my first 15 days and well I haven't felt as physically hungry and eat less at meal time. As for my brain telling me I want that piece of cake is a whole other thing. Wish it could make cake not tast so good.

I tried this product for a few days and unfortunately noticed no difference. I imagine the lack of results might be due to the more affordable price point—perhaps the best ingredients just weren’t used. Disappointing overall.

I think they helped with craving sweet and salty snacks. I have been exercising and intermittent fasting too, so I am losing weight. Just know you can't rely on this alone.

I started taking this appetite suppressant and kinda forgot that I took it. I worked most of the day and kept thinking to myself, "nah... I'm not hungry. Not sure why. I'll find something in a minute." That minute turned into hours and I had to force myself to get some nutrients in my body and that was after taking just one (2 recommended). Going to step it up to two a day, ASAP to reach my goals before the end of the year. I highly recommend that you try this product and drink lots of fluids.

I've used caralluma fimbriata for years and it works really well for me typically. I decided to switch it up and try this one and was very disappointed. I will definitely be going back to the brand I used before.
