A nice laptop at a reasonable price, great as a low-cost upgrade to a platform that supports Windows 11

Great laptop. Although it was a waste of money as I bought it for a college course thinking I would use it more than once but I have only used it one time for a class assignment. Hoping I will make use of it in the future. Works properly no complaints

0 stars. Item arrived defected, battery was bad. Had issues with turning on for 10 seconds then it powered off. Amazon refused a refund. Complete waste of time & money. Do not buy this laptop.

These refurbished laptops are decent for the price. The first one I ordered (and returned) did not support windows 11. The second one was literally spray painted, they did a good job but if you look closely you can tell. Unfortunately they did not think to cover the exhaust grill on the bottom so the motherboard has paint on it. Also the keyboard was not working properly, so I installed a replacement. Everything seems to be working OK and I am satisfied based what I spent. That said not everyone will be willing to replace the keyboard like I did. I bought the 2 year warranty just in case.

I, m very happy in it.s performances. The communication in receiving the product was excellent. Overall to this point t i.m one satisfied customer.

It's a decent computer for the price. I am glad I bought it. I wish it had a illuminated keyboard.

The charger gets really hot if you try to use the laptop while it's charging, but this it true to varying degrees of most barrel plug chargers. The battery life is ok. Good port configuration. Nice specs for the price. I was a little weary of the preinstalled Windows 10 OS, as I'm a bit paranoid about security. So I Reset my Bios and Wiped the Drive then started with a fresh install f Windows 11 pro, which auto activated with the key associated with the PC already. This computer probably has 2-3 years of relevancy left before you'd really need to upgrade. I even use it for lite 3D Modeling and Slicing for my Printers.

Works well is fast and productive but the battery was damaged or working improperly and i had to replace it and it runs well now. The screen seems a bit off but works well too.

The device doesn't function—there is no display on the screen. I have requested to return the device.
