Unsealed packing against pharmacopoeia rules
The bottle with the content of Furnaid Plus is not sealed on the bottle. When the cap is removed, there is no seal on the bottle neck. Hence its packing is not at all up to standard. But the customer can expect that the delivered vet medicine is genuine? Sealing: Containers must be securely packed and sealed. Tamper-evident packaging is recommended or required for certain products to show if the container has been opened. Packing norms for liquid medicines in bottles in India are primarily governed by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945, as well as the Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (Schedule M).
