Q: What can it do? Only for cooking?

It will surprise you since in addition to the simple and traditional cooking function, you can also it to sauté food, I have used it to sauté steak, pork, fish, shrimp, rice before, easy to use and the foods came to very tasty! I heard it can also be used to steam eggs with a tool, want to try later!

Q: Would it hard to clean?

Very easy to do that. One of the biggest advantages of the non-stick pan is that it's not hard to clean since the food won't stick to the pot when you cook. You can wipe and clean it with a wet towel easily after use. It is better for you to put it in a ventilated place after cleaning.

Q: Is it comfortable to eat right out of the pot or do the bottom and sides get too hot? I'm in an RV without a table, so must hold things on my lap.

The bottom and sides don’t get hot. I use it all the time it’s great as a small skillet or and pan either one. It’s not that large. You could probably eat right out of it but make sure you use plastic or silicone utensils due to the non stick surface. It is easy to wipe out and it cook food without needing any oil. You can boil water or fry a hamburger really easy I have even cooked a small steak in it. It’s nice but expect it to be small like a medium sauce pan.

Q: How can i cook an egg on this?

You can fry an egg just like you would in a fry pan only this works much faster. It also comes with an egg rack for hard or soft boiling eggs.
