SO good! I was having really dry wrinkly skin on my face, specifically under eyes (I am 35, and my skin is changing). So anyway wanted to get some new face stuff to try. I am so happy I found this! It’s amazing for the price point. I use it all over my face at night on its own when my skin is very dry and it’s super hydrating. Great for winter. When my skin is “ok” and not in need of extra help I use on top of my normal moisturiser as an under eye cream. Serious game changer!!! Its melts away my under eye wrinkles and keeps them moisturised all day. Like butter. You won’t regret this buy. Only thing is it’s very thick like an ointment almost so I tend to warm it up in my palm or next to the radiator.

I started using Weleda Skin Food when my skin barrier was badly inflamed after over-cleansing. I have rosacea and my skin is extremely sensitive I don’t tolerate salicylic acid at all which I didn’t know.. and most products leave my face red, burning, and irritated. Because of that, I was honestly nervous to try anything new. The very first application of Skin Food was immediately soothing. No stinging, no burning, no redness flare-up, just relief. I’ve been using it once a day since, alongside azelaic acid, and the combination has worked incredibly well for me. It’s super moisturising, and one application genuinely lasts for days. To help repair my barrier, I stopped washing and cleansing my face altogether and just focused on moisturising, and by the second application I could already tell my skin was repairing itself. The inflammation calmed down quickly, and my skin finally felt protected instead of raw. Using Skin Food alongside azelaic acid helped keep my skin calm and supported while still treating my rosacea, without triggering irritation. ( I have hormonal acne so this is why I tried the SA)If you have rosacea, a damaged skin barrier, or stupidly sensitive skin like mine, this product is honestly very good. It did exactly what my skin needed when almost everything else makes it worse.

This cream is excellent. I get extremely dry and cracked hands each autumn/winter and have tried countless creams over the years to try and help my hands recover. Nothing has worked untill I purchased some SkinFood that was recommended to me by my sister. Even after one application I was impressed with the result.. now I use it daily and my hands are much improved. A little goes a long way so great value also. It is a pretty thick and greasy cream which is perfect my needs but I note they do a lightweight formula which would suit those who don't need such a thick cream. So happy to finally find a cream that works, cream's scent is herby and fresh. Will be buying again and would gladly recommend to others.

This was recommended to me by my massage therapist, who has glowing skin. I have issues with dehydrated skin and so I was looking for a good moisturiser - hydrating, rich but not going to cause my skin to have breakouts through suffocating it. This is perfect. I’m on my second tube of it. I only use this one at night and a different rich moisturiser through the day. The texture is quite thick, almost like a balm but it applies really smoothly. It makes my skin feel tacky for a while after but it gives me confidence it is hydrating it. Through this combination of moisturisers my skin is glowing! I love it and can’t see me changing it out of my routine anytime soon. It is organic ingredients and gets a great score on the app I use to check skincare to make sure there are no nasties I’m applying to my skin.

Weleda Skin Food has been a staple in my morning and evening skincare routine for years. It’s incredibly rich and nourishing, perfect for dry skin, and gives that luxurious, deeply moisturised feel that lasts. Despite being so thick, it’s never caused me any breakouts, which is a huge plus. It applies really easily even under makeup and a small amount goes a long way. The scent is light but not overpowering. My skin always feels soft, smooth, and well cared for after using it. It’s also very affordable for the quality, making it great value for money. My only downside is the new aluminium packaging. While I understand the eco-friendly approach, it’s quite difficult to get all the product out, especially towards the end. Overall, still a fantastic moisturiser that I’ll continue to repurchase. I just wish the packaging was a bit more user-friendly.

Absolutely love it!My face skin dried very bad because of cold/wind and for some reason,no matter what cream i was using,it was rough and even started to peel off in some areas,but used this cream and can totally guarantee that it worked,it calm down my skin and from 1st use it hydrated it so well that I recovered my baby skin lol!will def buy again!❤️

It’s a nice cream but slightly heavy duty so try to dilute with some water. But it’s perfect for skin dryness related issues.
