Not that I know of. Acrylic paint needs to cure full (paintings on canvas can take weeks) before adding final finish as it can go cloudy. For additional information please refer to DecoArt website https://decoart.com/

I’m sorry I have no idea. This is an arts and crafts product not a diy product. I use it on baked polymer clay and it is fantastic for that purpose but there are other more targeted products suitable for your purposes

I am so sorry I don’t know - I use it to varnish painted pebbles, and it makes them weather proof - does a lovely job with no smell.
