I've been using Jackery products for over 5 years. They offer absolutely one of the best power banks on the market today. So when my previous Jackery started (finally) wearing out (it took 5 yrs of abuse to do that!) , I knew I would replace it with another Jackery. If you are boondocking, nomading, overlanding, this power station definitely is robust enough to go anywhere you want. I've used it for months at a time - every single day - on the road, above 8k altitude, at the beach, in the rain, the blazing sun, wretched humidity and brutally cold weather. If you're looking for a backup power supply for your home, boat, RV, or in the garage, Jackery should be your first and only choice. It always works, always charges, always delivers. It is one of the most reliable pieces of equipment I've had the pleasure to own. I am so convinced of its unblinking reliability I started giving Jackery power stations as gifts - because I knew every single person I gift with a Jackery would be completely and totally satisfied with the product's performance. Yes, it's that good. Jackery the company is also 100%. I had a reason to contact Jackery about a particular delivery issue with an order and was ASTOUNDED by their customer service. When was the last time you had a seller on Amazon contact you personally, yes a real human over the phone. They quickly and efficiently remedied my problem with no questions asked. I was absolutely blown away by how professional, friendly and prompt all of the personnel were at Jackery. My opinion is that you will never have to contact Jackery about a problem with their products. They ALWAYS WORK. But now I know (personally!) that this company stands behind every aspect of their product's performance, beginning with the delivery itself. Their attention to my issue was so stand-up, it is the main reason I'm writing this review. Believing in a Jackery product is pretty standard, but believing and TRUSTING in the company behind that product is exceedingly rare in these current times. Jackery deserves its 5-star review from me, has earned it and more importantly, has earned my trust. 100% Highly recommend this product and this company.

Uodate! The customer service reps at Jackery reached out to me and were able to replace my cord. Now the generator works perfectly and I am able to use the generator again and im super grateful! Not happy at all the cord that connects to the solar panel broke in less than a month of use. And ofcourse the return windo was already closed. When I tried to contact Jackerys customer Support they had no response. I can't find a replacement for this cord as ot is a flat two prong female and all the ones listed are round single prong females. The generatir itself is great but if I can't use the solar panel to recharge it it defeats the purpose.

I'm impressed with this little generator. It charges up quickly, and I can charge 4 to 6 smartphones from almost empty to full, using a USB-C cord or a fast charging plug. I took it camping this summer and it was very convenient to have along: it tucks into the corner of my SUV's cargo area (it's a little too large to fit in the storage pocket but oh well), out of the way of the other camping equipment. I used it to charge my phone while making breakfast, and charged my headlamps at the same time. The solar panel works well -- it isn't as fast as plugging the generator into a wall socket, but it charges surprisingly fast on a sunny day when aimed precisely. This will be good for power outages in the winter; it's not adequate to run a heater or refrigerator (I have a gas-powered generator for that) but I can keep my phone charged and lamps powered.

This review is for the Jackery Solar Generator Explorer 300 with SolarSaga 100W solar panel. I bought this because I needed a solar rechargeable device to power my CPAP machine. The Explorer 300 meets my needs. I tested by charging the generator to 100% using the household 110V AC and included adapter - the generator charges very quickly. I plugged my CPAP into the 12V DC cigarette lighter socket using a prescribed 12V DC adapter for my CPAP (no sense wasting a lot of battery capacity by plugging into the 110V AC outlet on the generator). I used the CPAP, normally, overnight (not using the power-sucking humidifier) and the Jackery battery capacity dropped from 100% to 66%. This means I can use the Jackery to power my CPAP for two nights - excellent! In the morning, I charged the Jackery with 100W Jackery solar panel. It took about 2.5 hours to charge the generator from 66% to 100% - excellent! I also tested the 110V AC outlet on a laptop and it worked perfectly. NOTE: This model does not contain the Bluetooth feature - you would need the Explorer 300-Plus that has Bluetooth in order to use the Jackery App.

This solar generator works quite well, but is a bit expensive. It’s very convenient and structurally sound.

I was really excited to use this product for work. I work doing mobile sales at festivals around the country, and this seemed to be the best fit for what I needed, especially for camping out at the festivals. I made the mistake of ordering it in July and not testing it when I received it. I didn't end up using it until late November, and that's when I discovered that the charging port on my device was not working. It was charged to 88% when I first turned it on. And once depleted, the device would not recharge. When I reached out to customer support, they asked me to send them pictures and videos of what issue I was experiencing. After going back-and-forth with 3 different bots through their customer support chat, nothing was resolved. And I kept getting asked to send in more videos of what was wrong. I'm now stuck with this broken device and spent $300.

So helpful when camping. My husband wasn’t sold when I first got it, he felt it was unnecessary. But with the solar panel it’s totally worth it. We powered a fan, charged our phones, used a hair straightener, an electric kettle and some other things. It would make it through a whole day of use but I did have to charge it every day with the solar panel as we were camping for 4 days. I then also used it for Halloween to use some lights away from the house. Something to think about is when you’re using something that heats up, such as the hair straightener, the watts usage spikes but then goes back down once the straightener comes to temp. It worries me at first but it wasn’t an issue.
