Be patient with these.
They took 2 months to get this tall and it took a full month from the beginning of May to June in the ground to see any sprouting at all. Soak them in a jar for 24 hours, then plant them. Of the dozen seeds I bought, only 4 sprouted. Such is the way of nature. Very strong plants, will take more than a blizzard to kill them now.

Be patient for growth
Decent price, timely arrival. Too early to tell but... I soaked and prepped the seeds. Took a bit longer than I thought to get sprout but after about 2 1/2 weeks got some signs. About 40% sprouted so, in the pots they went and hopefully will continue to grow! In my opinion there is enough seed to guarantee you get some to sprout. I have never had 100% so... Not a big concern on the 40%. They grow slow so won't be able to truly rate for quite awhile!
