A very fine, very dark, cocoa powder with no sugars or flavors added. I use it in my hot black coffee. This is probably best for baking but if, like me, you want the health benefits of dark chocolate without carbs and calories, then this is what you are looking for.

Great product and great quality

Really good, makes homemade ice cream, baked goods delicious, came on time, but not happy w price/what's happening to world wide cocoa, tariffs forcing exorbitant price for 16 oz. Other than that, great product! Pic is my homemade chocolate, tofu/Greek yogurt sugar free mini cheesecake topped w choc sauce, all made with this product, came out really good!

I have used Hersheys dark cocoa powder for years when I made my triple chocolate biscotti. It’s one of my kids favorite cookies and I only make them at Christmas. They’ve always thought they were great but I will say that after using this cocoa powder my cookies are better than ever and are now exceptional. The depth of cocoa flavor without bitterness is phenomenal. I highly recommend. It is a wonderful product!

The cocoa powder arrived in good condition except for small indentations on the four corners. Nothing to get upset about. Best Buy date is 10 months in the future, not near as much as my previous order of it. Not sure how freezing the cocoa might affect its texture or quality, but I think it will likely be fine regardless of when I use it. This is my favorite black cocoa and I wholeheartedly recommend it for baking.

Excellent dark chocolate!

I absolutely love this, it’s become a staple in my kitchen and I just wish they sold larger sizes. The color is almost black as described and as pictured and the quality is amazing. It mixes perfectly in and I have had any clumping issues. The taste is out of this world and when I made chocolate fried donuts with it, they tasted like deep chocolate. I’ve tried making donuts with other cocoa powders but the flavor was never as deep as I wanted it to be until I started using this. Easy to use, the powder is very fine so can be a bit dusty when pouring it. I use quite a bit because I’m a chocolate addict but a little goes a long way.
