The best spicy mayo
The day I discovered this my life was forever changed. It the perfect condiment.Not too spicy and not too bland. It pretty much pairs well with anything.I've tried a few different Sichuan Mayonnaise sauces and Flying Goose is on a different level.

The best!
Flying goose do the best sirracha sauces in my opinion. This mayo mix is ‘softer’ in heat than the original sauce, it’s tempered by the mayo. Still with a chilli kick, but not as intense. I like it on salads, sandwiches, crumpets, actually with lots of things!
