OK, I decided to try this supplement because after a period of years in which I wasn't able to eat very much my dentist mentioned that my teeth were being affected by the malnutrition. So, I knew that I needed to get on that right away. That was last fall, and now a half-year later, my teeth are in much better health. This is what I did during that half year. I was already taking a high-quality multivitamin, it just didn't have all of these minerals because when I ate more food I did not need to supplement those. After a lengthy search of many different supplements, I chose to rely on this Bone Restore to nourish from the inside. I started out taking Bone Restore daily, and more recently I remember about 3 times a week since I am not so worried about my teeth anymore, lol. In addition, I used a strontium supplement: Life Extension Strontium, 750 mg, 90 Vegetarian Capsules, The strontium is for additional strength to the bone. It cannot be taken at the same time as Bone Restore, though, because the strontium will bind up with the calcium and magnesium if you take them all at once. So, they must be separated. I take this anywhere from 1 - 3 times per week. Teeth can also take in nutrients topically. Directly on my teeth I used remineralizing paste purchased directly from my dentist (at cost- negotiate that). The brand is here: GC America 424505 MI Paste, Strawberry and I used these trays: Cool Teeth Whitening 4 Trays in 2 Storage Cases Custom DIY Fit Upper and Lower Tooth Bleaching Gel Thermoform Moldable Mouth Guards I did not follow the directions for the MI paste, in that I made sure I was done with all eating and well-hydrated, because I kept that paste on for hours. Seriously! Only when I couldn't keep it on for one moment longer did I stop, and this combined strategy worked for me. It used to be that when my teeth needed help, they became sensitive. I guess I can't count on that signal anymore, and need to be more proactive! Another thing that I have done when sanitizing my mouth is to add just one or two drops of cilantro extract to my mouthwash. The exact product is here: Herb Pharm Certified Organic Cilantro Extract for Cleansing and Detoxification Support - 1 Ounce . The reason to add the cilantro extract is that it breaks up biofilm, allowing the mouthwash to access the bacteria that it can then eliminate, and keeping the biofilm from turning into plaque. Please be careful about brands- I have tested a handful of different brands and there is a lot of fake product out there. If you are still reading, then there is a chance that you are having trouble with your teeth. If so, be sure to avoid letting your mouth get dry. Fungi rapidly decay teeth, and they love a dry mouth! For most people this a consideration while sleeping- do what you need to do so that you sleep with your mouth closed and breathe through your nose. If you are on a medication that causes dry mouth, know that it is a serious side effect that could cost your teeth! Work with your physician on whether it is a necessary medication, and if you will continue it then an antifungal treatment to swish in the mouth many times a day is important. I'm lucky that I don't have that additional factor; those who have tell me that liposomal Amphotericin B is very helpful (you may need to tell an MD that). They put it into a spray bottle to take it on-the-go. Teeth can be a lot of trouble, and if you are wondering whether you'd rather just have them all pulled and be done with it, I hear you. Been there. Yet, there are rapid advances happening. Within a short period of time we may be able to regrow parts of teeth, and even have entire teeth grown for us when we lose one. It does matter that we hang on to what we have, even if some are miserable little bits, because once they are gone the jaw support is rapidly lost, so it's not like when they start growing whole teeth they could just grow some that have been gone for a while. Awwww.... I know!! Seriously, though, it's turning out to be easier than expected so this isn't some pipe dream. It'll happen. In the meantime, take care of your teeth and all of your bones. Last bit- unexpectedly, when taking this I noticed that it relieved muscle pain. Maybe we shouldn't ever believe it when we are told that aches and pains, or other stuff is just "age." Nah. My teeth needed this, and evidently my muscles did, too. I started reading more about that and learned that a certain widely-used herbicide binds up Calcium and Magnesium. It was a problem that they had to solve in developing the herbicide because plants need those, too, and were dying when the minerals were bound up. So, it makes sense that when that herbicide is on and in all the food we may need to be supplementing more, even though generations of people did not have to do that before this herbicide became widely used. That's frustrating, especially since even eating organic just reduces exposure and doesn't eliminate it. Best to know that, though, and that we can do something about this aspect. I've decided to be more regular with this supplement, and instead of taking it each evening I'll have one with each meal, specifically for that binding power. Good product. Recommended dose is four tablets per day. I only take two and that works just fine. A doctor I used to work for recommended this brand to all of her patients.

This product was recommended to me before I had my shoulder replaced. I took the advice and ordered it. I healed well and have not had any issues. I stopped taking it and I had a little pain. So I started back on this vitamin. It obviously works! Highly recommend!
