I have used this before. These don't heat well and must be taped with medical tape to stay in place.

Upon receiving the products with use instructions visible, they indicate the pads are not recommended for people beyond fifty-five years of age directly on the skin. This warning should have been stated in the descriptive portion of the pads. Had it been stated, I would not have ordered them. Ironically, it is older people who are most in need of the benefit the pads are intended to provide.

I think the adhesive strength on the part that touches the affected area is weaker than I thought.The quantity seems small compared to the price...I wish the band around the waist was a little tighter. Every time I move, it moves separately.
