We started these and one other type of gummies with our children as a recommendation from our pediatrician. We have a 6yr old and a 9yr old and while the older sibling prefers the other brand over these, the youngest likes these particular magnesium chews better. She claims there are no after tastes and that after she takes them she gets a good nights rest approximately 20mins after taking. She wakes up well rested and not at all groggy like other brands we had tried. Now the raspberry flavor is a good thing for her. Nothing like the flinstone vitamins we grew up on. Amazon routinely has these cheaper than i can by locally. Only reason 1 star down from 5. Freshness... I have ordered multiple times and while 3 times they were fresh and chewy like a gummy, they have on 2 occasions come very stiff and extremely chewy like a old dots candy that sat in the cardboard box too long and gets stuck to your teeth with every bite. Otherwise, effective, no aftertaste, and pleasant to the point we don't even have to remind her to take them as she takes one per night.

Part of the night time routine for the kids. Helps them sleep well, gives them what they need in regards to supplements, and apparently tastes good enough that it doesn't take the bartering skills of some bazaar merchant to get the kids to take them.

We’ve been using these for years now. They help prevent constipation in my daughter who used to suffer so much. She was drinking the magnesium citrate commonly used for colonoscopy prep that tastes terrible per her GI. Once she was on a maintenance dose, we tried these and they work wonderfully and taste much better! She can easily chew them with braces too.

I order these on repeat for my 11 year old with autism and a very, very picky diet. I can't speak to the mood enhancement, but these with probiotics keep things moving/regular, not to mention magnesium's importance in function of so many systems, I won't get into those but google it, I believe 110% in supplementing for my picky kiddo and family overall. They taste great too, like raspberry gumdrops.

We love these. I have them on subscription. All my kids take them. Helps with their migraines and sleeping.
