This brand is a keeper.
I used this to make gummy candy and like the consistency of the gummies. It worked perfectly every time. I bought another brand, one I trust, and it was horrible, changed the texture & taste...even though it was unflavored. I couldn't eat it. So, don't think all brands are equal.
