This is ATOMSTACK A5 Pro Laser Engraver/Cutter

I'm new in this laser dept. and I've been watching alooot of tutorials for the machine and the software. Looks easy but I couldn't get it right. I'm not sure what is the problem. I'm sure I'm doing everything correctly. If someone else bought this machine pls I need help.

I haven’t read specification, but the store miss leading by writing 40w then in spec it was less than 10w

As excited i was to get this item, unfortunately i couldn’t unpack the box and assemble the laser machine once it arrived cause of unexpected events in my life. So yesterday after many months of purchasing this item I decided to assemble and use it, but unfortunately the movement of the drive was not looking good so after 6 hours of trying to print and testing, I found out that the side motor has an issue and not functioning properly so I switched it with top motor to be sure if the issue was the motor or the controller so after I switched it, the movement was ok but the head movement function was bad. I couldn’t found replacement motor on line or in the market cause there was no specific details of its power. So now i had to buy another laxer machine to keep one as spare parts. This machine cost me double.
