DELISH! Toasted in a pan with a little butter then mixed with pistachio cream. HEAVENLY! Cut my recipe time in 1/2! Great value, well Packaged and arrived super fast. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality kataifi! The shredded dough is crisp, fresh, and perfect for making kunafa, baklava, or the viral pistachio chocolate bars. It’s easy to work with and tastes authentic. I love that it stays crunchy even after baking. Pros: Fresh flavor, authentic texture, great packaging. Cons: Wish there was a larger size option available.

Very easy to use and super tasty. Used this for the Dubai chocolate bars and it worked great to make Dubai chocolate strawberry and bars, love the crunch!

The Eastanbul Dried & Chopped Kataifi Shredded Fillo Dough is good quality and works well for pastries, but it’s quite expensive. We ended up finding a cheaper option and didn’t buy this one again.

It came perfect! The amount was perfect as well. The only con was that it was in a flimsy plastic bag which has spilt some of the kataifi out. Not a big problem but if they have a resealable bag option that would be ideal! I made dubai chocolate bars with this and I have enough to make at least 5 more

Perfect for Dubai chocolate bars! The bag inside had a few rips but i transferred to a gallon bag. The box itself was sealed.

I wanted to make the viral Dubai Chocolate bar for the first time and wanted to use only THE BEST ingredients. I used organic butter and turned it into brown butter ghee and fried these shredded raw Kadayif until they were toasted and golden in the ghee. Then I stirred in a 100% pistachio butter from Italy (no sugar, no oils, no milk). I put some milk chocolate in a chocolate bar mold and added sea salt & froze it. Then I added the Kadayif mixture and froze. Finally topped off with milk chocolate and sea salt again. Divinely delicious!

This product was great. Removed the hassle of cutting the doughup. It was ready to butter roast and did the job in a shorter time. Tastes amazing.
