Pleasant, easy flavor. I use two tea bags, and I feel relaxed shortly after I begin sipping. Been adding it to my night time routine as a way to wind down and to help support my immune system. I have been savagely stressed lately and so I am doing all that I can to take care of myself while going through a dark spot in my life. My husband and I drink this tea often. It really helps to drink it when you feel like you are getting a cold. I feel like it nips it in bud. It tastes nice, kind of light minty flavor. If you don’t like the flavor much but want the health benefits of the echinacea you can add another flavor tea. I mix it with the ginger sometimes. I recommend it. It’s definitely worth the price.

I don’t know if this is just the placebo effect but when I’m feeling under the weather I drink this stuff and most of the time I feel better after. When I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep I’ll fix a cup of this and add a chamomile bag and after a few minutes I’m asleep again. Maybe it’s all in my head but if it works what else can I ask for?
