The comb went through my golden retriever's fur and was effective at getting out the tangles under her ears. It helped remove her undercoat. The comb is a good, versatile size. The comb is smooth and seems more comfortable for our pup than the dematting brush. It's a sturdy, quality, professional-grade comb.

I have been grooming dogs for many years, to include show dogs, and have gone through many high end combs. None compare to the quality and reliability of this comb.

Best grooming tool I’ve ever bought! Versatile, thorough, and cheap enough to keep two in every location you might want to comb a pet in. Wish I’d bought this first, a decade ago, instead of the dozen or so brushes and tools I’ve bought instead. Easily hundreds of dollars wasted.

Excellent product, hopes take out mats from my golden retriever fur and gently brushes out her undercoat as well.

This is a great Steel comb, but it isn't stainless-steel. The packaging says "steel". The Andis website says "steel". So, if you are expecting a stainless-steel level of rust resistance, you're not going to get it. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it is being advertised as stainless-steel.

Great comb for my cat. He's a short hair but has a very thick coat and is prone to mats. At his last vet appointment the vet tech combed the mats out with a comb like this. I've been using it on my kitty almost everyday to keep ahead of the mats. This is a quality comb, very sturdy. Glad it's stainless steel instead of plastic.

What can I say I have purchased these combs for years and always have several at my grooming station. Cost is very affordable and they are made by a company that has been making great grooming and styling supplies for decades.

This is a great, high quality comb for our dog. I love that it's got two sizes. It feels very sturdy and does a great job working through my dog's hair.
