These Frosted flakes are great. I have one bowl as a midnight snack and one at breakfast time. They are crunchy and taste really good. They are very low in fiber, which is required for my diet. Fiber is good for most people, but not for some of us.

I don't eat these in fact I detest them but my wife eats them...occasionally. These are great they come in the tiny boxes like you see at some breakfast bars or on cruise ships. If I open a big box they'll go stale and I'll throw away 1/2 or more. These are perfect, they come in a case and I open one at a time. No spoilage.

These individual boxes of Frosted Flakes were a big hit for our associates as we celebrated Internation Tiger Day...because our associates are GR-R-REAT! (The only downside was that the cereal didn't come with milk!)
