New laptop HP 15.6
This was a great Size for me at 15.6. Light to hold. Easy to use. What I was not keen on was the USB for my mini mouse was on the left and I'm right handed to had to stretch the cord to use it. Windows 11 us ok but the system would not let me use Chrome. Windows dominate. I could not pit my own antivirus on it. Mostly good... great price. Good for basic computing

works really well, a genuinely decent laptop
for 300 quid this is amazing. i had a hp laptop before this one, it lasted 5yrs and i bought a new one bc the old one had always been slow. for the price i expected it to be just as slow and annoying as my old one, but its not! its fast and i can do my school work on it. i even downloaded ts4 and a lot of mods onto it and it ran smoothly! cracking laptop, i love you hp

Charger not working anymore
The charger doesn’t work anymore and i only have the laptop since May 😫

Great laptop but....
This laptop comes with windows 11 S mode pre-installed which means you cant download any apps unless their Windows apps, this includes security features like McAfee. We also found that this version of Windows 11 really affected its performance, slowing everything down and making it non responsive at times to the point we thought that the laptop was defective. However S mode can be easily turned off and this had an instant affect on the laptops performance.

Sent it back within an hour of receiving it....
Purchased this due to the HP brand, expecting it to be decent enough to use for basic applications. As soon as I started it, it felt like I was in slow motion clicking buttons 3 times before they reacted. Loading up Google (which I need it for) took an eternity. It wounded like it was taking off just to go into Google Drive so I sent it straight back. This is an awful product - DO NOT BUY

Top notch functionality
Great performance, nice sound and the functionality is top notch.

I'm not so hot on technology having had the same laptop for 10 years, however I looked at the reviews on this one and they seemed generally good! It's fantastic to use and so lightweight. No complaints at all.
