This item is great for clearing mucus build up in your lungs. I use it regularly for one moneth then skip the next and I notice it starts working with the first dose.

I always order this at the end of a cold, it helps clear out my congestion. Zero taste and so easy to just add the suggested drops into my morning coffee.

I don't smoke nor do anything that would require me to buy this item, but having recently taken up running, I've noticed something. When I exert myself, I get a feeling of congestion and I have to blow my nose and swallowing feels a bit harder. THAT'S why I bought this. I used it and I don't know if it was my body getting used to the exercise or these drops, but I felt I could breathe better. I continue to buy this when I run out, not for the probable effectiveness, but because I LOVE the taste. It has this grassy, tea like taste that I simply cannot find anywhere else.

I noticed an improvement in depth of breathing in a couple of weeks. Will update with continued use.

I am not a smoker nor have I been but the air quality at times makes me cough. This product claims to work so I thought I would try it. It is pretty much tasteless so no worries there. I put it in my drinks and let's hope it works on clearing the lungs of being outside in the elements.
