I would give this book 0 stars if I could. These chapters look like they were written by AI. There is no reference material and it is the most generic and surface-level texts I’ve ever read. I don’t see how this book could prepare anyone in any way for the PHR exam because of how basic it is. I will be looking elsewhere for study materials in preparation for my upcoming test.Do not spend money on this waste of time. You will fail.

This book Was absolutely amazing. It had so many illustrations and test questions for me to be able to do and utilize that I am 100% sure that I will pass my exam soon. The chapters were so easy to follow and that it was just making me comfortable And less anxiety when reading over the information.

Taking my text later this year and this book is a great resource!
