16oz...seriously small can. Don't buy this here. Go to Walmart, instacart from whatever grocery store is near by. This is a rip off.

Great to use in place recipes that call for regular crisco crisco
You can substitute it in recipes for regular crisco or for butter, like cookie gives completely different texture

If you wanna save money and buy bulk, you can buy but this way and you can use it for your cookies regular cooking and it will save you money cause it’s in a big can my husband and I decided that it would be cheaper to buy this way, so if you wanna save money, and if you do a lot of baking, what I do This is the way to go so I would highly recommend if you have a large family. I don’t have a large family, but I do a lot of cooking cookies. This is the way to go. Enjoy.
