Just as other reviews state, it is very strong. The zipper is large and heavy duty. The zipper pulls are thick anodized metal that will not bend. I just purchased a popular digital zoom only point and shoot camera and this fits it perfectly. The only shortcoming would be in regards to the lanyard which I think should be of a heavier woven strap material. This case has room for SD cards and eliminates the need to buy a lens cap for my inexpensive digital camera.

This was a nice case but it didn’t fit my Cannon SX740 with its charger. It would be great for a smaller more compact camera but didn’t end up working for me.

took this case to disney world and absolutely loved it. it was big enough to hold my canon power shoot a1000 and the wrist strap was very secure even though it looked flimsy.

This is perfect for my partners camera. She recently purchased what was a very expensive camera and just had a small lanyard to carry it so I was very dubious of this so purchased this. It’s small and compact so can fit in small size bags but very durable and solid so protects the camera very well! Easy to use with a single zip around the case and very good value for money! Highly recommend if you have a SX740 or G7X
