AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Like I said in the title, keyboard died within a month, the software won't install, the rgb doesn't work, the wheel doesn't work bcz it relies on non existent software. I reinstalled windows twice and I still couldn't install any of their drivers, some of which are in chinese only. Even while it worked without drivers, it was completely unstable and would lag all the time. Overall awful experience, keyboard now just died one month after inconsistent use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The touch, sound and the feel of the keyboard is good. However, there are 2 negatives: 1. Battery Consumption is fast. When you use it as Bluetooth mode (unplugged), the battery gets drained fast... in a week or so. 2. Occasionally, it stops working. It seems this issue happens when the battery is nearing empty energy during Bluetooth mode. It has happened to me 3 times. It happened soon before "battery is low" message came up, so I am assuming that the issue must be tied to the battery drainage problem. I still like the touch and feel of the keys so I continue to use it while connecting it to my PC with a USB connector. My initial intention was to use it as a Bluetooth (wireless) keyboard, so I am quite disappointed in this product. (In theory, you can still use it as a Bluetooth keyboard if you charge it up frequently... My previous bluetooth keyboard's battery lasted 6 months... so compared to that, I was shocked how this keyboard's battery runs out so quickly. )

Ordered this to build a custom keyboard for my wife. Nice feel and weight to it and looks sleek but that is all the positives. Trying to find the right software was extremely annoying as there is like 4-5 different software listed on their website with the same name of this board which most don't do anything and don't detect the keyboard. The wireless is just does not work. It lags constantly and disconnects. Ordered a separate USB-C cable and only using wired as the wireless is completely unusable. Best idea for anyone trying to build a custom keyboard is just find a keyboard you like that has hotswappable switches and swap the switches out and keycaps for what you want. These barebones keyboards are all chinese brands with horrible software, stock issues or extremely expensive and not worth it. There are not that many options when it comes to barebones as you would think and the custom keyboard scene is not as big/popular as they make it seem. Its expensive, time consuming and you wont be able to find exactly what you want in terms of themes unless you spend a ton of money on Etsy which is already sketchy.

The BOYI GMK67 impressed me with the sound quality, build quality and overall look. I have the silver aluminum prebuilt variant but the look of this keyboard is so sleek. The stock sound is enough for most people, it has just the perfect amount of thock. The stabilizers have a really good feel, feels consistent and lubed. Weight of the keyboard is hefty (probably because of the battery and aluminum but makes the keyboard feel very quality. Brightness of the LEDs are bright enough if you are into it. Setup was easy and comes with all the info you will need to do a wireless connection. Overall, this is a great buy for anyone wanting to mod a keyboard or just looking for aluminum on a budget. From the looks and sound alone, I highly recommend this keyboard.

First things first, for anyone looking to get this board, just be aware that it does NOT come with switches, and keycaps. It’s a barebones board that you assemble with switches and keycaps of your choice. With that out of the way, if you are looking to get into keyboard building, or even if you are familiar, this is a great barebones board. Overall this board had a lot of positives from nice RGB lighting features, the LCD screen, and great built in insulation. The board is also a great size coming in at a 65% keyboard. With that being said, there is a few down sides to this keyboard as well, but don’t let that scare you away, because overall it’s a great keyboard. First little bit of an issue that i had was with the software to customize the LCD screen. The software that was mentioned in the instructions was nowhere to be found, so I end up having to use a different software. It’s not a big deal, but something to be aware of with this. The next issue I had with this board was not with the physical board itself, but with RGB. When it’s working it’s great, but it’s very finicky. Most the time it struggles to work properly, but I am unsure if it has to do with the software issue as well. Last but not least, the price does happen to be a little steep for what it is. For a little over $70 I would hope for better software. All in all it’s a decent board, it just has it’s issues. If you can look past that, then this is a great starter board if that’s what you’re looking for. Building custom keyboards is one of my favorite hobbies and I think that everyone should do it at least once, because it is very memorable. If you’re looking to dip your toes into this amazing hobby, then look no further than starting with this one!
