Having worked hard 20 years ago to attach a soap dispenser to the side of our bath and carefully drilling into tiles, my wife decided it now looked dated (to be honest, I agree). However, 4 holes were left in the tiles, which were a mottled terracotta colour. The option was to remove and replace each tile (4 in total) or to try this filler with optional colour matching paints. I have just completed the mix using the colour chart and instructions provided. I was extremely pleased with the result, even though I could see the areas filled in (because I knew where to look). But the real test came with my family, who couldn't see the holes unless I pointed out where the filler had been applied. I have to wait 24 hours before a final sanding down, but it looks very promising. So pleased to buy a product that does what it is meant to do. Definitely recommend for filling screw holes. Just make sure to follow the instructions (e.g., a toothpick to apply paint to get the correct shade). Full stars.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Bought this to repair a broken ceramic vase. Granted it's more complicated than a crack on a tile, so this review isn't about how well this suits such application. The reason for 4 stars is: Colour options. In the package, there are 4 small cans of colour paints. But it is very hard to make the colour that's needed by mixing them. I needed to have a slight magnolia colour and without any instructions on what colours to mix, it's impossible to get it right. It would be much more user friendly to have some basic colour mixing instructions. Apart from this, this is a solid product. I didn't use the included ice lolly stick for application, instead, I used a very small flat screw driver head to fill the cracks but by bit. It's a bit time consuming but the result was acceptable, except the colour though.

I had an extension built two years ago which included a new shower. The tray cracked due to settling and would have been very expensive to replace as tiles would have been damaged. This repair kit meant the crack could be filled so no water leaked and a new tray was no longer needed. It was so easy to use and I was able to match the colour to my tray so it is now as good as new.

The repair we made to a chip in our bath tub looks good and is barely noticeable. We also used it to tidy up the paintwork on a radiator and that also worked.

Hmmm, no great, kinda filled the cracks but still visible. Followed instructions but cracks still visible. Sand paper is a waste of time I was lucky I had a small powered sander I could use to sand off the excess. Doesn’t look as bad as it was but nothing like the pictures of ‘afters’ you see on here.

Easy to use, even by a diy dolt like myself. Dried quickly and the repair has lasted.

Brought this had a chip on my shower tray. Very good kit and easy to use. Once I mixed and applied the compound found easy to smooth using the included sand paper. Definitely recommend for anyone we need to repair a plastic shower tray or other similar item

It's a good item if used properly. Need about 48 hours to get dry and another thing is you have to use the colours in a very little quantity otherwise they will become dark.

Exactly what I needed. We scratched the heck out of our travertine tile, and nothing else was working. I mixed up some of this stuff and played around with the color combinations and it came out perfect. I used mostly the beige color, but then I also mixed a tiny bit of black to help blend it in. It was easy to apply using the included plastic applicators, very similar feel to putty, and easy to scrape off

Whilst it was good at filling the cracks the white turned yellow in a matter of days. Looks worse than before!

Be careful how much color you use but was easy to use on cracked bathtub have also fixed ornaments and lots of other things

Includes everything you need, matching the colure is a art. It gets lighter as it dry's from my attempts, stil able to see the repair but it is much better. And way cheaper than replacing the entire tile. My area was just a smal repair after dropping a metal thing that created a crater, about 4-5mm.
