Great for my cough! I was struggling to get the phlegm out and relieve a cough but this helped me out a loooot with it. It’s effective and the best thing which is the reason why I got it is because its natural ingredients which make it even better for our health. The quality is great and that’s why I take it since I was a little girl and taste talking, it does taste good to me because it’s sweet and taste to menthol but it’s a likable taste guys, trust the most picky person when it comes to tastes 😂 .

The taste is very light, but it does the job. It takes the mucus out of your lungs and nose.
