I’ve been using this robotic vacuum cleaner for few months now, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s efficient, quiet, and surprisingly smart. It effortlessly navigates around furniture, avoids stairs, and gets into hard-to-reach corners that I used to ignore with a traditional vacuum. What really impressed me is how well it picks up pet hair and dust — the floors feel noticeably cleaner. The scheduling feature is super convenient too; I just set it to clean while I’m out, and I come home to spotless floors every time. The app is easy to use, and the battery life is impressive. It also returns to its dock automatically when it’s done or low on power, which is a nice touch. Overall, it’s saved me so much time and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking to keep their home clean without lifting a finger!

An excellent robot vac and mop. It’s great at mapping the floor, can distinguish between carpet and tiles and has an AI cleaning mode or deep cleaning mode both work great. Infact it’s that good I bought another for upstairs. They are keeping my house clean with minimal interaction from me. Just empty the waste and fill up the clean water and you’re good to go!

I love my L10 Ultra robot. If I could, deserves 7 stars instead of 5. My life became easier by having it. It is great at carpet vacuuming and tiles mopping with advanced modes. Easy to setup and do an automatic mapping for any location or new setup with smart application. What I love most that notify you and guided for any required preparation or arrangement necessary maintaining its working at the maximum wonderful results. Equipped with camera and incase stuck while working, will be released very easy remotely wherever you will be by using the camera function and manual mood joystick to move it, which makes you enter gaming and challenging mood. Totally recommended and thank you for creating such robot!

This item could vacuum but would not mop nor dispense. Box seemed opened and was retaped. The soap was open seems like they gave me a bad vacuum that was previously returned

It is not cleaning and leave dust and small things also. Mop is not good also.

Very helpful as this machine takes care of our daily vacuuming and mopping. Save tons of your time. Also cleaning and maintenance is simple. So far so good in 6 months of using it.

Very happy with this robot vac, when purchasing a new vac was worried about any streaking effect on the tile floor during the mopping function but it does a great job. The self cleaning is a great feature. In the mine field of options this is a great machine

L10S Ultra: researched many, considered L20 however, I don’t need the extended mop arm for the extra money. Great upgrade from my basic “bump & go” eufy 30C max (great value vac). I needed a mop vacuum that’s self-sufficient for my downstairs tile/vinyl/wood floors. This is a fantastic hands-off model. Set-up is extremely easy. Remove bumper protection, add brush and mop pads, insert cleaning solution and water - add device to app/wifi. Initially it will map the rooms (sounded like a box of gravel while doing so, leaving me thinking I had a defective model. I don’t. This noise has never been repeated.) Moist mop setting is useful for a wipe over, dries quickly. Wet setting leaves water behind (expected) but not enough that it takes ages for floors to dry. It will mop up light stains only. It starts by going round edges of the room very carefully/slowly, gets close to edges - approx 1” gap and then cleans the room in straight lines. I’ve been using the vacuum/mop combined setting, it’s great at vacuuming everything up before it mops. It recognises door mats and will boost the power automatically, thinking it’s a carpet. My eufy had two brushes rather than the one brush on this model, however - this is better as it doesn’t spread or “flick away” anything it encounters. I like the fact it recognises objects ie a forgotten pet water bowl and won’t bump it but small cables will get hoovered (phone cables) - extension lead size cables, it leaves alone. App is ok. You can section rooms and add no-go zones. You can tick “pet” if there are likely to be the accidental faeces for it to recognise/avoid. I don’t have this issue, so can’t comment. You can schedule cleaning in advance or just pick the rooms, hit go and let it do its thing. It’s a quiet machine, only loud part is when it empties the dustbin - it sounds like a powerful hoover for a few seconds. It will alert you when to add water to the main tank etc. Due to its avoidance of objects etc, it’s not got stuck like my eufy often did, ie under furniture (or in bright sunlight!). I’ve not tried scheduled cleaning overnight however would trust all to go well. I’ve also not tried the camera function, although others have provided good reviews of this. As it’s a white model, the only downside is the ramp to the docking station will get mucky quickly due to the mops, so you’ll need to clean this often if this bothers you, although you can’t see this when the machine is docked, only when it’s on its travels. I’ve had this model in use several times a week, both on vacuum and combined modes for 6 weeks - have yet to have to change the rubbish bag or cleaning solution. I’d absolutely suggest this model if you need the mop function specifically, if not, cheaper models are equally as good as stand-alone vacuums.

This brand is nothing but a scammer. Product is geo locked and can’t be used in Australia. Who on earth thinks an outdated practice to maintain retail prices is any way to punish a customer that has purchased a product from the very same brand. I have a good mind to cancel payment through my CC provider absolutely disgusting practice. Do not by this product or brand!

After returning the Ecovacs Omni which is a massive marketing scam (PLEASE read Trust pilot reviews) I decided to try this one. First of all this robot should not be comparable to any other as it's the only one that uses AI and you really notice 1st hour. Mapping spotles, AI will scan the obstacle and send you report on app that there isn a shoe or charger on the floor in the bathroom. LIFTING MOP PADS - this is everything. So quiet When it arrived you feel like it's missing bumpers. IT DOESNT need them. It will see absolutely everything and never hits anything. HUGE and important difference to Robo Rock and EcoVacs CarPlay recognition sensor is right at the edge of the robot. Not like 4 cm away from the edge. It means it will recognise rags before even touching them, not like the others dragging themselves, turning around with wet pads and smearing the carpet. Ecovacs ruined two of my rocks like that. Self cleaning and self emptying is perfect. It's quiet and has a number of settings. The app is amazing and very intuitive. The cleaning cycles are a little bit different in my opinion, much better because firstly it will for everything in detail and then later mop the floor so it doesn't rub the dirt with the water. A little bottle of solution last forever and heating pads makes them perfectly clean and never smells like anything. The sensors are around the station and the robot sensing absolutely everything. Any dirt congestion technical problem, just positioning Hazard you will get notification right away. None of Robert is so intuitive and so smart. Hi, so reviews on YouTube and unfortunately they are useless because they're not focusing on the most important things like artificial intelligence and lifting parts and this makes this robot completely different thing from the others. It's extremely light when you get it first that you feel like you spend money on some cheap toy. Wondering how's it going to hoover and clean your floo, but you will be shocked. It's extremely simply designed for cleaning. All the smooth edges feels again like it's just a little box. No screws, nowhere, just clean and clean and simple. Customers is amazing, they respond right away. Designers got white and clean and made off very easy to clean. Of course let's not forget those Roberts require weekly attention and proper cleaning. Did a very hard job on daily basis and they require being cleaned to stop if you do not take care of them, they will simply break or stop working properly because of the dirt around. The accessorius you can buy much cheaper the other ones and there's a different variety of brushes. You will be shocked how clean the white mopping pads will be after cleaning and drying. I have experience with two other brands, and unfortunately it's not comparable and especially comparing it to echo box that doesn't have lifting pads is very heavy loud and gets more stupid by day rather than more intelligent. I love my "OOLA"
