Amazon says this Denso coil is a fit for all three of those. **Q: Are these for the vvt engine or without the vvt engine ?** A: I put them on my vvt Lexus engine. It runs like new now. Make sure and replace your spark plugs as well, as they fail along with the coils. And replace all the coils as they are notorious for failing one after the other. **Q: So does the term oe identical mean that its not really oem and it just looks like a oem denso coil or is this coil really a oem part?** A: I have a 04 Toyota sienna 3.3, the original ignition coil I pulled out of it is Toyota Diamond 90080-19025 **Q: Its the same for toyota 2001 van sienna?** A: Not sure. cause I used these coils for lexus rx300 2002 which is made by toyota and Sienna is also made by toyota so it is very possible that both cars use same parts.
