I love how simple this game is. There are levels to play with more challenge! The art is incredible and the game play is spot on for cat lovers and non- lovers alike!

Bought it for my husband to play with our adult kids who love card games. They didn’t like it all that much. They said it was a little complicated and not very much fun.

Nice little filler, especially if you like cats. There are two ways to play this: a learning game which is quite easy, and a slightly more advanced game which adds a little meat without making it a difficult game. Quite enjoyable, and attractive.

Bought this for a friend who loves cats. She was initially impressed by the correct spelling of "hoomin" and thoroughly enjoyed playing the game. We played the basic version but next time we will try a more complicated version. I fully recommend for cat-lovers. :)

Unfortunately the reviews stating the difficulty of this game appeared after I purchased it for my 7 year old granddaughter who loves to play games. She and I laughed about the review about the engineers having trouble figuring it out when we checked in following her attempts to learn the game w/her folks. Bought her Enchanted Forest by Ravensburger last year...still a favorite!

Although learning the game takes a bit of time, the actual playing is a blast. The game never gets boring because it is played differently every time depending on the others players. I am not usually a fan of games that include any form of strategy, but Cantankerous Cats is now a go to go for my friends and I.

The game is very complex.

Got this as a gift for a friend who loves games and loves cats just as much. It was a hit.
