Update - this pan is still working great! It’s not perfect against sticking eggs but pretty good and the best one I’ve used that doesn’t have the bad chemicals in it. It still looks brand new too and I think it’s super cute. Cleans up great. Came back to this pan because I’m looking for more styles in this brand because I like it so much.

My son is learning how to cook and fastly burning up my pans. I saw this one said “compatible egg pan” slips right off or something. Although it was slightly more pricey for a single pan than I wanted to get for a beginner, I took the chance. I’m glad I did. It’s only been a week but the pan has cleaned up nicely and we are not seeing the sticking issue we had before. The 12.5 inch has a lot of space and capacity. It is a little weighty. Solid pan. I didn’t expect for it to come with a screw driver to put the handle on . A nice one at that. The pan is nice! Aesthetically- it goes with everything. Please let me know if this is helpful.

This is our family’s go to pan! We use this for everything, it large enough for one pot meals or small enough for a few eggs.The pan heats evenly and quickly. I recommend to read the instructions and follow! The non stick works for a long time! I replace the pan every few years due to the nicks if (someone) uses a metal utensil or if it’s in the sink and other items get tossed on the finish. This is the best pan for the value you will ever purchase!

At first I was amaze I bought a second smaller skillet after the initial experience. BOTH pans FAILED! when I say failed, I mean they became sick pans, much worst then even an iron skillet with no oil.. had to toss them both out and they both looked like the day I received them, this after only about 4 months of easy use!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Makers of such product put on say a 1mm non stick coating, then when they get enough rave reviews that the moment starts selling the item, they draw that back to say 0.2mm of non stick increasing their profit margins. When sales slow, they simply create a new pan and business and rinse and repeat!! SHAME ON THEM!! in my book this is 3 degrees away from a common thief!!!

I love cooking with my ceramic. A little bit of oil and nothing sticks. One of the best things about this pan is NO rivets. Nothing extra to scrub or cooking conflicts. No forever chems, or other bad things. I do handwash. I never wash in the dishwasher. The only thing is - I wish they were made in the USA. These are not - they are made in China. Eh. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. It’s a rather large pan so it accommodates everything; a little large for a single egg but that’s ok. I’ve been rather careful about following the directions to place some oil or butter and heating it slowly. Once it’s warm, then it can be turned on high. I’ve ruined non stick pans before by turning the heat to high right away. So trying to be more careful. Attractive wooden handle is still clean! It is on the heavy side which probably helps it to retain the heat.

Ceramic material is safer/healthier than Teflon. So easy to clean it.

The pan is thick enough to be resistant to warping, and is relatively durable. The pan does seem susceptible to overheating, though. The other night I was going to prepare some fried rice, so I splashed a bit of raw sesame oil in the pan and set my glass top to '5' heat level (out of 10) to preheat while I finished ingredient prep. While busily hacking and chopping, the pan apparently got too hot because these black deposits appeared on the pan. They feel like glass, can't be removed, and are decidedly not nonstick. Odd since the smoke point of sesame oil is 410F and the pan is supposed to be safe to 550F. For the ~3 months I've had the pan it was flawlessly non-stick, only requiring a wipe down after use, until this incident at least.

The description of the product is misleading, it's an aluminium pan with ceramic coating which will go away in 6 months of daily use. Not worth the price.

Great pan. No issues with the coating unless I use metal with decently high force (which is my fault). Food doesn't easily stick. When it does (under high heat, and no motion), it's easy to clean off/scrape loose with a silicone/plastic utensil while continuing to cook.

This pan was fantastic for 6 months, 5 stars, great cooking consistency and nice looking. However, after 6 months the pan lost its surface coating and things began to stick. I followed all care instructions: only plastic utensils, hand wash once cooled, etc. I contacted the company and they responded asking for receipt and photos. I sent those and never heard back. Follow up: vendor emailed me about this review and asked how they could help. I asked for a new pan. They never responded in 2 months! Poor customer service.
