My Kindle Paperwhite has been in DAILY use for 7 years now. The bottom corner where it rests in my left palm was cracking, chipping and tearing a hole in my hand. I wanted a simple cover just for the rough edge and future erosion of the Kindle shell. This cover is thick and fits perfectly. I expected something a little more pliable and soft but this is pretty shiny, hard plastic. Still, it fits and it works and will probably hold up longer than this Kindle will, so I am happy.

This was just what I was wanting and for a great price. It fits my kindle perfectly. It is easy to put on and off to change out kindle backgrounds. The functionality is just as described and doesn’t really add any extra weight to the kindle.

I have bought a case form three different places in hopes of finding one to fit my ancient kindle paperwhite. THIS ONE FIT PERFECTLY! I’m sooo excited and happy I don’t have to return it, lol. I see that there are a lot of people searching for a case and running into duds. If the model number matches then this is the one you want. I plan to purchase another one just in case since my kindle is still working well.
