This castor oil has a nice consistency to it, it's not super thick, but is not thin either. I like the pump it makes it really easy to place the plastic container anywhere over my body to apply & then lightly wipe or rub into my skin. It is absorbed fairly fast by my skin & I have noticed that areas where I had eczema flares appear to be healing faster & also less pain associated with those areas. I also use this on my cuticles which are very dry & noticed less hang nails, plus my fingernails seem more flexible instead of dry & brittle. The scent is... Let's see different. It's not overwhelming, like a terrible scent, it's just different than say grape seed oil which has nearly no scent or almond oil that sometimes smells a little sweet, it's more earthy & yet slightly nutty at the same time. I don't mind the scent, but others may. If you're looking for this size, this is the only brand I've tried thus far & for me, at the time of purchase it seemed like a good value. I know there are many brands that sell castor oil that's hexsne free, so there may be other brands that are just as good as this one. I especially liked that it said USDA on it. Does it make my skin glow? I don't really know - I didn't buy it for that purpose.

Works very well on my dry skin. Keeps my skin very soft.

This is something I’ll continue to buy. I’m impressed by the quality of this product, but I think my favorite overall is the fact that this oil does exactly as described by absorbing down into the skin, giving a soft result rather than a sticky, oily mess like other oils do! Two thumbs up y’all!

It works. Long story short went to someone’s birthday, made a joke about a drink being spilled towards a girl who at the time I thought was pretty and even danced and flirted with up until the spilled drink joke (I implied she was the one who spilled it on the dance floor). Apparently she was offended and said something about my eyebrows. “Your eyebrows something something something”. I quickly checked my reflection didn’t know what she was aiming at. Went home that night told my friend about it and we looked real close in the mirror at them. And came to the conclusion My left eyebrow wasn’t symmetrical in size as my right one. Like the left one was a bit thinner. I Got this castor oil applied to my left eye brow now it’s just as full as the right one. Shocked to this day women look that close at men to find a flaw in eyebrows. But screw it according to psychology “ less amount of flaws found in a person the more attractive they become.” If i ever see her again I hope she tell me what else she notices. Cause if she saw it I know prettier women will notice. Side note the only time my eyebrows were ever mentioned before that day was maybe 10 years ago when a man (possibly gay) told me how straight they were and asked if i “do them” and my answer was “nope I just let em grow”. People notice eyebrows apparently.

Castor oil is truly great for so many things.

Castor oil is thick & owns its scent. Don't expect thin oil. Tiny bit goes a very long way. This product absorbed beautifully-In time. My opinion- best used at night-time before bed. I used it on my deep forehead wrinkles, belly botton, cuticles, dry areas on my face, hair, elbows and finally sore areas of my forearms.

Light and helped the dark circles around my eyes. My skin is much softer and it doesn’t really have a smell. Mine was sealed and didn’t leak. Definitely recommend

My GODAWFUL frizzy hair LOVES this stuff! I've never found anything that works on it. I do not want to get into straightening but this makes it shiny & stops it fluffing out half as much. This oil makes my hair feel soft & look almost normal :D Give it a go if you have same issue. I have to concur with some other people who commented on it's smell. It has a kind of vague burning wood scent to it (apparently this can be the case for organic cold pressed jojoba). However, very oddly it doesn't make ones hair smell. I put it on (lovely consistency btw) after washing & conditioning so maybe the perfume from those neutralised any odour. I would have preferred a non plaggy bottle. I'm not bothering with the pump. If the plastic bottle keeps the price down though, that's alright. Try it my frizzsters! Good size bottle btw.
