Aside from the flip-cap being broken when I got it, the product is fine. I like all the Piping Rock products.

It is good I am taking it and will see if it helps with insulin sensitivity.

I typically do 22 hour fast under the intermittent fasting setup, but I do the bone broth style. So I still get electrolytes and protein, but I give my digestion a break and I clear out toxins and bad buildup in my body. Also of course weight loss. What I do is eat the night before and go to bed like normal, but when I get up I take two inulin caps with my bone broth to expedite my sugar reduction to make my fast move along to the next stage. This will continue to be part of my fasting regimen as the dietary fiber helps to reduce the sugar in the body and makes my short fasts more effective.

Another thing I bought too fast, on Amazon.. This is NOT 1000mg per PILL, but a CREATIVE WAY to bamboozle, as “1000mg per SERVING” is equating here to 4 PILLS! So, only 25 DAYS/“SERVING”. Cute, and I am kicking myself about this one, for hitting that CART, button, too fast. So many supplements sold on Amazon are pulling this trick.

It's the first medication that helped me after trying many other products. It took several weeks to figure out the right amount to take and how often. I guess that's different for everybody but I am fine now. It's a good product and I would highly recommend it.

I'm grateful for the day I discovered inulin several years ago. It has kept me healthy and regular so long as I don't forget to take it at least every other day. This is the best thing for people (like me) who don't get enough fiber in their regular diet—lots of meat and cheese and not much in the way of veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Inulin is the magic bullet if there ever was one.
